This server is facing an unexpected hardware issue, which is causing Kernel Panic and causing the server to hang.

MySQL is currently down on CACTUS server (Reseller Server). After investigation, we found that some of the dependencies of MySQL server have corrupted. We are now moving all the reseller accounts to a newer & more power server to prevent this from happening again. We expect to complete the account migration within 24 hours. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

The MySQL server have now been fixed. So, all the sites are now running fine. However, we will still migrate all sites to a newer server ASAP. The migration will be transparent and should not generally cause any downtime. Once we finish upgrade the accounts, we will send you the activation email with the new server login info.

We are currently experiencing high loads on VENUS server. Since this is a shared server, we are in the process of identifying the account which is abusing the server resources. We will keep you updated about the resolution status of this issue thru this blog post. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

This issue have now been resolved. Thank you for your understanding.

One of our primary DNS server is down at this moment. As a result, many of the websites are experiencing an outage. Our techs are already working to resolve this issue.

This DNS issue have surfaced again and seems to be happening due to a faulty network card. We are in the process of replacing the faulty NIC right away. We will keep you updated about this situation. Our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

We are experiencing slowness on RAGE server due to an impending sign of hard disk failure. To mitigate this situation, we will migrate all hosting accounts from RAGE server to SILVER server before the hard disk fails.

We will start this migration from Feb-01-2010 8PM PST and will end by Feb-03-2010 10PM PST.

As and when your account gets migrated, you will get an email from us with the new server information. Please use the new server info to login to your new CPanel server.

You will also have to change your domain's DNS to point to the new server. Your new nameserver values will be shown in your new activation email. By the way, for faster DNS propagation, you can change your DNS to the following values right away. As a result, as soon as your site gets migrated to SILVER server, your site will be up and running (but if you do so, your site will not work until the migration...
