I am facing problem in Dolphin 7. I almost install & uninstall Dolphin 7 more then 20 time's. My web is web is working fine. But whenever I change code inside Index.php. whole web stop working & giving me following error.
(I was trying to add facebook connect code in Index.php. I can't access my admin page also. even I deleted my cache file from web server & my sql database is up.)

On 8/17/2010 we started experiencing problems. The website was not loading pages properly. We generated a support ticket [FHT-374839]. After several emails it was found that the problem was due to a change made by Gigapros on their server, which we were not notified of. We were able to correct this issue by changing
how our site compresses information.

The matter appeared to be rectified until I received a notification from Google reporting an infection by malware on our site (a public warning was issued on Google's search engine).I notified Gigapros of the problem (Same Ticket) on 8/19. Approx 16 hrs later I was informed that all malware had been removed. In the mean time all passwords related to the site were changed.

On 8/21, a second support ticket [ZAE-125879] was generated, as many of our vbulletin functions were not working
properly. After several days of emails, we were notified on 8/24 that the files had been damaged in the malware
attack. It was suggested to contact vbulletin support in order to rectify the problem.

On 8/25, we received a new notice from Google reporting malware on our site. A 3rd support ticket [IQN-2100024] was generated. I was told to install antispyware and scan our web contents,I was also told to contact Gigapros if I needed help doing so. Not being a computer expert, I asked gigapros to remove the malware again. On 8/26 I was informed that the malware was removed. I requested Gigapros to inform Google that the site was clean. Later that day I was informed by Gigapros that there were still 170 infected files on our site.

On 8/27 We were informed by Gigapros that they were not successful in removing the infected files and that I should attempt to remove the files or wait for a senior admin to do so. We decided on the latter.

On 8/30 after several emails of inquiry as to the status of the infected file removal, It was again suggested that we
try to remove the files ourselves. However, the steps Gigapros provided did not work as the cpanel would not move the files to our computers. I contacted Gigapros again to explain that the cpanel would not move the files. I was informed not to proceed as "the Higher Dept" would take over the function of removing the infected files.

After several attempts to this date to obtain the status of our malware situation, we have not received a response other than to hold on.

These issues dating back to 8/17 are destroying our site. Our non-profit pet forum has experienced a 98% reduction in member activity.

Note: The Latest Google Warning Report, states that the the malware is hosted on the server, not our site.

Anyone know what is happening with Gigapros support?

Just a few days ago, my site was down for almost 24 hours and it was like pulling teeth to get a response from support (Ticket YYZ-649799) the site came back up thankfully, but still don't know what happened.

About nine hours ago I sent support a ticket concerning some PHP Warning error messages from my site's error logs and still no resolution or explaination (Ticket WRL-813799).

Is there something going on with support? I submitted trouble tickets in the past and they were always handled quickly and with great communications. I’ve recently downloaded Red5 8.0 and have followed the HOWTO-NewApplications.txt
I don’t know how to compile this application so my question is:

Can I simply create a jar file, name it the same name as my application and run my client.

Or

Must I create a Jar file in ant or similar program, and if so how do I nab a build.xml file for my version of Red5.

I have recently downloaded Red5 8.0 which works and I have build a AS3 client that can connect successfully. However I can't seem to get the Java side of things working, so that I can’t call methods from AS3. I was wondering (as the examples within red5 seem confusing at best) if someone could send me a completely working sample directory, with complete Java, FLA etc files of the Red5 "HOWTO-NewApplications" example - I would really appreciate it!!

I was also wondering that if I was to not use Apache ANT, would compiling the class to a JAR file be the only thing I need to do to get the whole thing running?
