GigaPros Support???
Hello,
Anyone know what is happening with Gigapros support?
Just a few days ago, my site was down for almost 24 hours and it was like pulling teeth to get a response from support (Ticket YYZ-649799) the site came back up thankfully, but still don't know what happened.
About nine hours ago I sent support a ticket concerning some PHP Warning error messages from my site's error logs and still no resolution or explaination (Ticket WRL-813799).
Is there something going on with support? I submitted trouble tickets in the past and they were always handled quickly and with great communications. These are two critical issues for my company and just wondering why there does not seem to be much urgency from support about these matters.
