The first step is to activate your account. Just go to Gigapros.com and login using “My GigaPros” option to manage your account with us. If I already have a website, can I transfer it to your web hosting?

Yes, absolutely ! Moving your website to Gigapros is a simple process. If you have access to your existing website files, you can upload them through our Hosting Control Center or via an FTP client. If you don’t have a current copy of your website, you should be able to request one from your current website hosting provider. If you have any questions along the way, our 24/7 support team is here to assist you. We can help you determine the best method for transitioning your website to a Gigapros account.

How do I transfer my web pages to your server?

Simple, you let us know and we will do that for you. However, if you have to built your website in a HTML editor, like Dreamweaver or Microsoft Expression Studio, you have to upload your website files via FTP (File Transfer Protocol). We have a built-in FTP File Manager that you can access in our Hosting Control Center. However, if your files are larger than 20 MB, we recommend using the tool FileZilla, which works with Windows®, Mac®, and Linux® operating systems, or another third-party FTP client. What are my upgrade options?

For simplicity’s sake, we maintain only one plan. But you can always benefit from our overage billing. Overage billing allows you to cross over the monthly limits of your disk-space and bandwidth. For example, if you have 50 GB of disk quota, but you need additional 7 GBs for this month. You can simply keep adding data to your account. At the end of the month, you will be invoiced for those extra 7 GBs. Calculation of bandwidth also works in the similar way. For charges regarding overage billing, please check our “Plans” section.
