No, you can NOT upgrade any hardware on a Budget Server. You get Budget Servers for so cheap because these servers ALWAYS stay with the same configuration.
If you are currently hosted on one of our Budget Servers and need to upgrade, then you must upgrade to a NEW dedicated server plan (like: Standard, Professional, Business or Monster).
EXCEPT Budget Servers, all other dedicated server plans have fully upgradeable hardwares and can be upgraded at at any time. Simply post a Helpdesk Ticket with your upgrade request.
