If you are getting any email from CPanel that starts like the following, then you can disable this auto-notification yourself (see steps below).

Steps to disable this notification:
1) Login to your CPanel.
2) Click on the icon for Site Software.
3) On the very first line, you will see a message in dard red color that ends with Click here to turn it off. Click on the word here to stop the email notification.
