There are many files (like .htaccess), which are hidden. The name of hidden file generally starts with a '.' (dot). You can use the following steps to see the hidden files in your Cpanel File Manager.
1. Login to your Cpanel.
2. Click on File Manager.
3. In the initial popup screen of File Manager, set the option to show the hidden files and click on Go button.
4. Now, you will be able see/edit the hidden files using your File Manager.
